Yes, there are options for:

What is nutritional counseling?
Nutritional counseling is not just getting a specific meal plan for your goal. It’s an initial set of meal plan menu option, followed by working together to make exchanges and interchange foods in order to make the plan flexible and work for your preferences of likes and dislikes on food. I don’t believe in eating food just because it’s healthy even if you don’t like the taste.

What is the difference between your customized plans and buying a "program"?
Customized programs are tailored to your fitness level, the equipment you have access to and provide a greater variety of exercises getting updated exercise options on a bi-weekly basis to fit your training goals and progressions and changes to the program are determined by our check-ins together and your progress.
The pre-written program options are written to match a specific goal type and designed for the duration specified by the program outline (6, 8, 12 weeks and so on) there are pre-designed progressions that are based on where you should be on a week to week basis as you follow the program. These programs are typically more suited for lifters who are willing to follow a set program and progressions with the ability to self motivate and regulate. There are options within the program software to make exchanges for the workouts that you may chose if you decide to.
Both options are very good options depending upon the individual needs of the user

Are you certified?
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)as well as a specialist in Performance Enhancement (PES) in addition I am TRX Suspension trainer certified and have undergone coursework for Metabolic Training our together by NASM for UFC gym. However in addition I regularly do continuing education courses and study peer edited sources as well as outside courses and seminars put together by other leaders in the industry of Strength and performance

Do we work with both Dean and Charlene?
Dean is the primary coach working with athletes on a day to day interactive basis. Charlene helps to develop the systems as well as consult on the programs with special care given to the female fat loss arena which is her area of expertise

What are the age ranges you work with?
I program for athletes of all ages however I primarily work with athletes from age 18 all the way through 80s
